Shipping policy

We aim to despatch your order for next day delivery if order is received by 3:30pm. In the event that an item is out of stock or becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will of course contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.
